SPEAKER<\/a>: Hon. Members, at the outset, I have to make an announcement.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tOn my own behalf and on behalf of the hon. Members of the House, I have great pleasure in welcoming His Excellency Chaudhary Amir Hussain, Speaker of the National Assembly of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the members of the Parliamentary Delegation who are on a visit to India as our honoured guests.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThey arrived in India on Saturday, 18 December, 2004. They are now seated in the Special Box. We wish them a happy and fruitful stay in our country.
