By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for<br \/>\nhearing and disposal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel<br \/>\nappearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice, if<br \/>\nthe first respondent is directed to dispose of the representation, dated<br \/>\n14.03.2009, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents,<br \/>\nhas no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on<br \/>\neither side, the fifth respondent is directed to dispose of the representation,<br \/>\ndated 14.03.2009, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties<br \/>\nconcerned, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks<br \/>\nfrom the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to<br \/>\nfurnish a copy of the representation, dated 14.03.2009, to the first respondent,<br \/>\nalong with a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that this Court, by<br \/>\nthis order, has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
