Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :13\/06\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                           V.GIRI, J.\n           -------------------------\n                W.P.(C).No.17797 of 2008 R\n           -------------------------\n              Dated this the 13th day of June, 2008.\n\n\n                         JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>         The petitioner, who is a Junior Health Inspector<\/p>\n<p>Grade II in the Community Health Centre, Vandiperiyar, is<\/p>\n<p>aggrieved by his transfer effected under Ext.P3 order by<\/p>\n<p>which he has been transferred to the Primary Health<\/p>\n<p>Centre, K.P.Colony.     Aggrieved by Ext.P3, the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>has preferred Ext.P4 appeal before the Director of Health<\/p>\n<p>Services.\n<\/p>\n<p>         2.   Having    heard     learned    counsel    for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, the writ<\/p>\n<p>petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider   and pass orders on Ext.P4, within a period of<\/p>\n<p>four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment,   after  hearing     the    petitioner    and  the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>         The petitioner shall produce a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment, along with a copy of the writ petition before<\/p>\n<p>the 1st respondent.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                    Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                 (V.GIRI)<br \/>\n                                                  JUDGE<br \/>\nsk\/<br \/>\n           \/\/true copy\/\/<\/p>\n<p>                P.S.
