The<\/p>\n<p>                firing on the temporal region is not attributed to this appellant.<\/p>\n<p>                It is further submitted that the appellant has remained in<\/p>\n<p>                custody for 6 \u00bd years.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering the period of custody, the appellant is<\/p>\n<p>                directed to be released on bail, during the pendency of the<\/p>\n<p>                appeal, in S.T.
