Ms.Patel, learned advocate submitted<br \/>\nthat applicant was operated on 07.06.2011, however, the applicant is<br \/>\nnot able to move from one place to another place and, therefore,<br \/>\nperiod of his release on temporary bail, may be extended for further<br \/>\n90 days.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.<br \/>\n\tHaving considered the submissions made by learned advocate for<br \/>\napplicant and the contents of the application and details stated<br \/>\ntherein, application is partly allowed. The period of release of<br \/>\napplicant, on temporary bail, is extended upto 26th June,<br \/>\n2011 on same terms and conditions. The applicant shall report to the<br \/>\njail authority on the expiry of extended period.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
