Against Ext.P9 petitioner has a<\/p>\n<p>right to approach the Land Revenue Commissioner under Section 83 (1) of<\/p>\n<p>the Revenue Recovery Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>            2. Heard learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>            The writ petition is disposed of as follows:<\/p>\n<p>            The petitioner is relegated to pursue the remedy of revision.
