Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?\n2. To be referred to the Reporters or not?\n3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest?\n\nAjay Tewari, J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>              The petitioner has challenged the show cause notice on the<\/p>\n<p>ground that there were certain irregularities in the inquiry proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>              After arguing for sometime learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>could not deny that the pleas he is now seeking to raise could well be taken<\/p>\n<p>in the reply to the show cause notice. The only apprehension of learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel for the petitioner is that the disciplinary authority may not consider<\/p>\n<p>these objections.    I see no reason for this apprehension.
