Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :16\/10\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                      ===============\n                 W.P.(C) NO. 29974 OF 2007 R\n                =====================\n\n           Dated this the 16th day of October, 2007\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The request made by the petitioner is for consideration of<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P4 application submitted by him.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   Though the prayer is for extending the benefit of one<\/p>\n<p>time settlement scheme, learned counsel for the respondents on<\/p>\n<p>instruction submits that at the time when Ext.P4 representation<\/p>\n<p>was made by the petitioner on 31\/7\/07, there was no such<\/p>\n<p>scheme in vogue. Therefore, according to the counsel, there is<\/p>\n<p>no question of extending the benefit of one time settlement<\/p>\n<p>scheme to the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Be that as it may, now that the petitioner has made<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P4, I direct that the same shall be considered by the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent Board. This shall be done within two months from the<\/p>\n<p>date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
