But the Appellant&#8217;s application has been transferred to the D.C., Land &amp; Estate Dept., D.C.<br \/>\nwest Zone, C.L.O., (MCD).\n<\/p>\n<p>The First Appellate Authority Ordered:<br \/>\n&#8220;The Appellant contended that he did not receive the requisite response from the office of DC(W) and<br \/>\ndid not receive the categorical reply in respect of issue pertaining to Land &amp; Estate Dept. and<br \/>\nVigilance Dept. From the perusal of the record it is seen that contention of the Appellant is correct.<br \/>\nAccordingly, Dy.Commissioner, WZ is directed to furnish the requisite reply in respect of points<br \/>\npertaining to his office within 15 days from the receipt of this letter. It is also seen that the Appellant<br \/>\nalso wants some information from Vigilance Dept. about his case which is still pending. Similarly,<br \/>\nDy. Commissioner (Land &amp; Estate) is also directed to furnish the categorical reply to the Appellant<br \/>\nwithin 15 days.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Absent<br \/>\nRespondent: Mr. Madan Mohan , PIO<br \/>\n The respondent has shown evidence that the information was provided on 21\/11\/2007<br \/>\nand 17\/12\/2007 in line with the order of the First appellate authority.
