No.26884 of 2011\n                                      Manoj Sada son of Jiwachh Sada\n                                                    Versus\n                                            The State Of Bihar\n                                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.      23.8.2011             Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                    State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                    offence u\/s.364A of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms<\/p>\n<p>                    Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering that the petitioner was identified by the<\/p>\n<p>                    victim and the informant in the present case as one of the<\/p>\n<p>                    persons, who indulged in kidnapping for purposes of ransom, I<\/p>\n<p>                    am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                              The prayer for bail is rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
