No.10266 of 2011\n                           SALAMA BEGUM\n                                 Versus\n                         THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>04.   22.06.2011           Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case<\/p>\n<p>                   registered under Sections 363, 366A\/34 of the I.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                           When the informant&#8217;s daughter went missing<\/p>\n<p>                   then this petitioner conveyed that she has been abducted<\/p>\n<p>                   by Tunna Miyan and Munna Miyan.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           In 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim girl has<\/p>\n<p>                   stated that she was actually been taken by Tunna Miyan<\/p>\n<p>                   and Munna Miyan though in the same car petitioner also<\/p>\n<p>                   traveled for some time. The medical report suggests the<\/p>\n<p>                   age of the victim between 17 to 18 years.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           It is submitted by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner that subsequently the victim girl has married<\/p>\n<p>                   with Munna Miyan.       It appears from the record that<\/p>\n<p>                   Tunna Miyan has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr.<\/p>\n<p>                   Misc. No. 32662 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   namely Salama Begum, in the event of her arrest or<\/p>\n<p>                   surrender before the Court below within a period of 12<\/p>\n<p>                   weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on<\/p>\n<p>                   furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(ten thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>                   two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari at East Champaran in<\/p>\n<p>          connection with Gobindganj P.S.
