Investigation is over and<br \/>\ncharge-sheet is filed.  There is no criminal antecedents of the<br \/>\npetitioner.  In addition to the above submissions,  I have also<br \/>\nperused the nature of allegations against the present petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe above prima facie aspects of the matter, the petitioner  is<br \/>\nordered to be released on bail  in<br \/>\nconnection with C.R.No.I-80  of 2010 of Meghraj  Police Station  on<br \/>\nfurnishing   bond of Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees Ten  thousand only) with one<br \/>\nsurety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the lower Court and<br \/>\non conditions that she shall :\n<\/p>\n<p>[a]\tnot<br \/>\ntake undue advantage of  her liberty or abuse her  liberty;\n<\/p>\n<p>[b]\tnot<br \/>\nact in a manner injurious to the interest of the prosecution;\n<\/p>\n<p>[c]\tmaintain<br \/>\nlaw and order;\n<\/p>\n<p>[d]\tmark<br \/>\nher presence before the concerned  Police Station on every 1st<br \/>\nand 15th day of English Calender month between  11.00 a.m.<br \/>\nAnd 2 p.m .\n<\/p>\n<p>[e]\tnot<br \/>\nleave the State of Gujarat without prior permission of the Sessions<br \/>\n\tJudge concerned;\n<\/p>\n<p>[f]\tfurnish<br \/>\nthe address of her residence at the time of execution of the \tbond<br \/>\nand shall not change the residence without prior permission of  this<br \/>\nCourt;\n<\/p>\n<p>[g]\tsurrender<br \/>\nher passport, if any, to the Lower Court immediately.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tIf<br \/>\nbreach of any of the above conditions is committed,  the Sessions<br \/>\nJudge concerned will be free  to take appropriate action in the<br \/>\nmatter.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tBail<br \/>\nbefore the Lower Court having jurisdiction to try the case.\n<\/p>\n<p>7.\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tDirect<br \/>\nservice is permitted.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t(Akil<br \/>\nKureshi, J.)<\/p>\n<p>(vjn)<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   Top<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gujarat High Court Jadeja vs State on 14 February, 2011 Author: Akil Kureshi,&amp;Nbsp;
