State of Rajasthan through Public Prosecutor\n\nDate of Order :::  24.05.2010\n\nHon'ble Mr. Justice Mohammad Rafiq\n\nShri\tHarendra Singh, Counsel for petitioner\nShri\tAmit Punia, Public Prosecutor\nShri Vikram Singh Rathore, Counsel for complainant\n####\n\nBy the Court:-<\/pre>\n<p>Upon hearing learned counsel for petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor as well as learned counsel for complainant, and perusing the material made available to me during the arguments of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.\n<\/p>\n<p>The bail application is accordingly dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner would, however, be at liberty to again apply for grant of bail in the court of Sessions itself after statements of key witnesses of prosecution, namely, Manaram, Girdharilal, Harisingh and Kamla Devi, are recorded.
