Shri.* S.B&#8217;.D&#8217;c;Vani:;aVar, learned advocate for the<\/p>\n<p> petitioner&#8211;accusediNo.:2 submits that even if the entire<\/p>\n<p> cor&#8217;r=_plaint.is:bel_ieved, the offence may fall under Section<\/p>\n<p> 4898 of IPC, inasmuch as there is<\/p>\n<p>2 r1othi&#8217;ng&#8221;&#8216;oAn.&#8217;record to show that the accused were using<\/p>\n<p> :fthe&#8217;ifo.rged and counterfeit currency notes.<\/p>\n<p>l\/S<\/p>\n<p>Cl&#8217;I.P. i\\E0.7881 Of 2010<\/p>\n<p>3.
