To be carried out forthwith.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tIt<br \/>\nis submitted that the impugned complaint is filed by Power of<br \/>\nAttorney of one  Dhirajben Vasa. In a Special Civil Suit  No.14\/2010<br \/>\nbefore the learned Senior Civil Judge, Rajkot, the parties namely,<br \/>\nthe original plaintiff-Dharmishtaba Jadeja and the defendants i.e.<br \/>\nthe petitioner herein and Dhirajben Jayantilal Vasa through the Power<br \/>\nof Attorney Satishbhai Shantilal Mehta, original complainant herein,<br \/>\nsubmitted a pursis for compromise.  Upon the above compromise, even<br \/>\ndecree was also drawn by order dated 15.3.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe above pursis, this court even quashed and set aside the complaint<br \/>\nqua Dharmishtaba Jadeja vide order dated 5.4.2010,<\/p>\n<p>\t\tissue<br \/>\nRULE.
