He states that he is<br \/>\nnegotiating with the petitioner for settlement of the amount payable<br \/>\nby him to the petitioner in terms of the consent terms along with the<br \/>\nundertaking  dated 14\/9\/2010 filed in Company Petition No.  177 of<br \/>\n2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tHe<br \/>\nfurther states that on next date he will bring approximately amount<br \/>\nof Rs.1,50,000\/- payable by him to the petitioner.
