Tissue<br \/>\n\tTextiles (India) Private  Limited is the Transferor Company which<br \/>\n\tproposes to enter into an arrangement in the nature of amalgamation<br \/>\n\twith Palomar Textiles Limited.\n<\/p>\n<p>It<br \/>\n\thas been pointed out that all the Equity shareholders and Unsecured<br \/>\n\tCreditors of the applicant company have given their consent in<br \/>\n\twriting approving the scheme of arrangement. The said consents are<br \/>\n\tannexed as Annexure &#8216;D&#8217; and &#8216;E&#8217; respectively to the application. It<br \/>\n\thas been pointed out that there are no secured creditors of the<br \/>\n\tapplicant company as on date.
