It is<\/p>\n<p>brought to the notice that the requisitioning authority, the Kottayam<\/p>\n<p>Municipality had filed an appeal as L.A.A.No.1174\/03 and this court<\/p>\n<p>has set aside the judgment and decree and remitted the matter to the<\/p>\n<p>reference court.   Therefore no further orders are necessary in this<\/p>\n<p>appeal.
