Issue   pertains  to  the   receipt   of  land  tax.    District<\/p>\n<p>Collector   has   directed   the   parties   to   resolve   the   dispute<\/p>\n<p>regarding   ownership   before   the   Civil   Court.     Therefore,   it   is<\/p>\n<p>for the petitioner either to pursue the matter before the Civil<\/p>\n<p>Court   or   pursue   the   matter   before   the   Commissioner,   Land<\/p>\n<p>Revenue.
