We have heard the learned<\/p>\n<p>  counsel for the Central Government and the learned senior<\/p>\n<p>  counsel appearing for the respondents.<\/p>\n<p>2.The judgment sought to be reviewed, as noted in our order<\/p>\n<p>  dated 7.9.2010, was issued clubbing three writ petitions. The<\/p>\n<p>  order issued as per that judgment dated 5.3.2010 was one<\/p>\n<p>  clarifying that no clearance from the screening committee is<\/p>\n<p>  required for filling up vacancies in Group D posts at Sl. No.1 in<\/p>\n<p>  Column No.1 in the schedule to the Department of Posts<\/p>\n<p>  (Group D Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2002.                       There is no<\/p>\n<p>  controversy on this direction. There is no error apparent on<\/p>\n<p>RP.516\/10<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>  the judgment to that extent. We, therefore, do no find any<\/p>\n<p>  ground to interfere with that part of the judgment sought to be<\/p>\n<p>  reviewed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>3.However, in so far as W.P(C).7188\/10 was clubbed along with<\/p>\n<p>  the other writ petitions, it is pointed out by the learned<\/p>\n<p>  counsel for the Central Government that the subject matter of<\/p>\n<p>  W.P(C).7188\/10 was recruitment of Postmen which is not a<\/p>\n<p>  Group &#8216;D&#8217; Post but a Group &#8216;C&#8217; Post, going by a separate set of<\/p>\n<p>  rules.
