Upon<br \/>\nnotice being issued and inquiries being made by the Police Inspector,<br \/>\nMansa police station, on the basis of the applicant&#8217;s own statement,<br \/>\nhis relatives, including his sister and uncle are not found to be<br \/>\nresiding at the addresses given by the applicant. The applicant<br \/>\nappears to be originally hailing from Rajasthan and he is convicted<br \/>\nfor double murder under Sections 302 and 394 of the IPC. Under the<br \/>\ncircumstances, the application is rejected.
