No.18531 of 2011\n                             Shatrughan Singh, son of Late Bilas Singh.\n                                                Versus\n                                        The State Of Bihar\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>4       16.08.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Bail so granted to the petitioner is cancelled on<\/p>\n<p>                     3.1.2007.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                     that case committed for session&#8217;s trial in the year 1996.<\/p>\n<p>                     Petitioner appeared in the case regularity till earlier to<\/p>\n<p>                     03.01.2007 but there was no progress at all in the case and again<\/p>\n<p>                     voluntarily surrendered on 30.03.2011 is sufficiently penalized<\/p>\n<p>                     for his fault. Hence, his prayer for regular bail is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                     furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                     sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Fast Track<\/p>\n<p>                     Court-V, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sessions Trial No.<\/p>\n<p>                     459 of 1996 arising out of Masharakh P.S. Case No. 170 of 1995<\/p>\n<p>                     with condition that single willful default shall be taken for<\/p>\n<p>                     cancellation of bail so granted to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<pre>Md.
