P (C) No. 11410 of 2005\n               =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                Dated this, the 12th February, 2009.\n\n                             J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      This writ petition relates to the claim of Assistant Professors in<\/p>\n<p>the service of the Kerala Agricultural University who became<\/p>\n<p>Assistant Professors between 1-1-1986 and 25-6-1990 for the revised<\/p>\n<p>scale of pay applicable to Assistant Professors.<\/p>\n<p>      2. The question came up before me yesterday in two other<\/p>\n<p>original petitions, viz. O.P.Nos. 32497\/2002 and 7616\/2003, in which I<\/p>\n<p>had rendered a decision in favour of the Assistant Professors similarly<\/p>\n<p>situated like the petitioners in this writ petition on the basis of a<\/p>\n<p>Government Order passed subsequent to the filing of this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition. In the above circumstances, following the judgment in those<\/p>\n<p>two original petitions, I allow this writ petition and quash Exts.P.3 and<\/p>\n<p>P4   declaring that the petitioner is entitled to the benefit of the<\/p>\n<p>Government Order referred to in the               judgment in O.P.Nos.<\/p>\n<p>32497\/2002 and 7616\/2003.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                           Sd\/- S.
