APP (DB) No.1070 of 2010\n                                      ASHOK PASWAN\n                                            Versus\n                                      STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03    19.11.2010             Heard Counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                   counsel appearing on behalf of the State.<\/p>\n<p>                             The case of the prosecution is that the<\/p>\n<p>                   deceased, Amaresh Paswan, who used to run a betel<\/p>\n<p>                   shop, when demand his dues from this appellant,<\/p>\n<p>                   namely, Ashok Paswan, he fired and Amresh Paswan<\/p>\n<p>                   died.
