RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n\n                     ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                             B.A. No. 1855 OF 2007 B\n\n                     ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                     Dated this the 28th day of March, 2007\n\n\n                                       O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>               In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioners,<\/p>\n<p>who are accused Nos.1 to 4 in Crime No.78\/2007 of Peerumedu Police<\/p>\n<p>Station for offences punishable under Secs.323, 324 and 308 read with<\/p>\n<p>section 34 I.P.C., seek anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.      I   heard     the   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioners   and   the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.      Having   regard   to   the   nature   of   the   allegations   levelled<\/p>\n<p>against   the   petitioners   and   the   other   circumstances   of   the   case,   I   am<\/p>\n<p>inclined   to   grant   anticipatory   bail   to   the   petitioners.     Accordingly,   a<\/p>\n<p>direction is issued to the officer-in-charge of the police station concerned<\/p>\n<p>to release the petitioners on bail for a period of one month  in the event<\/p>\n<p>of   their   arrest   in   connection   with   the   above   case   on   each   of   them<\/p>\n<p>executing a bond for Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees ten thousand only)   with two<\/p>\n<p>solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction to the said<\/p>\n<p>officer and subject to the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>               a.      Petitioners   shall   report   before   the<\/p>\n<p>               Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11<\/p>\n<p>               a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<p>BA.1855\/07<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                        : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>              b.     Petitioners   shall   make     themselves<\/p>\n<p>              available   for   interrogation   as   and   when<\/p>\n<p>              required by the  Investigating Officer.\n<\/p>\n<p>              c.     Petitioners   shall   not   influence   or<\/p>\n<p>              intimidate   the   prosecution   witnesses   nor<\/p>\n<p>              shall   they   attempt   to   tamper   with   the<\/p>\n<p>              evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<pre>              d.     Petitioners   shall   not   commit   any\n\n              offence while on bail.\n\n\n\n\n                e.         Petitioners shall surrender before the\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>              Magistrate concerned and seek regular bail<\/p>\n<p>              in the meanwhile.\n<\/p>\n<p>       If  the   petitioners   commit   breach  of   any  of  the  above  conditions,<\/p>\n<p>the bail granted to them shall be liable to be cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<p>       This application is allowed as above.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                     (V.
