Gadhe in East, 10 Gadhe in West\n                                                             and 5 Gadhe in North &amp; South is\n                                                             mentioned.\n2.    Whether it is true that this Chaupal is reconstructed Not concerned with.\n      of which area is 11 Gaththa North-South &amp; 10\n      Gaththa East-West.\n3.    Provide details of how illegal encroachment had Not concerned with.\n      been done as Rakba of the Khasra No.-100 is 5 x\n      10 Gaththa.\n4. Whether it is true that Revenue Department has Details of khasra no. 100 is\n     right to remove encroachment?                      mentioned in S.No1. it is\n                                                        appropriate to aske BDO in respect\n                                                        of remove encroachment.\nGrounds for First Appeal:\nIncomplete information.\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority:\n\"The Appellant had sought the certain information from the PIO\/SDM (NG), who is said to have\ncalled the requisite information from Tehsil Palam Office as well as BDO office. He furthers\nstates that the Public Information Officer failed to provide the complete information. He further\nadds that the SDM (NG) has completed the formalities of replying to the RTI application\nirrespectively of whether the reply he is giving is proper or not.\n\nNecessary information seems to have been provided by SDM(NG) Office.
