It is required to be noted that the suit is filed by the<br \/>\nplaintiffs and they are the best persons to join the necessary<br \/>\ndefendants. If no prayer is made against the present petitioners,<br \/>\nthey cannot be party to the proceedings. According to the trial Court<br \/>\nthe documents and deed were completed in the year 2003. Therefore, I<br \/>\nam of the view that no case is made out in this petition. Hence, the<br \/>\nsame is dismissed.
