Government Pleader produced copy of the communication<\/p>\n<p>received from the Government to the Advocate General&#8217;s office under<\/p>\n<p>Reference No.37426\/TRP C3\/2008\/DMD dated 21.3.2009 wherein the<\/p>\n<p>Government has deputed the District Collector, Kollam for rendering<\/p>\n<p>financial assistance for reconstruction of petitioner&#8217;s house (206 sq. ft.)<\/p>\n<p>under the &#8220;in situ&#8221; scheme.
