He is working_ as  in Lions Charitable Hospital,<\/p>\n
_VpChemb1\u00a71r,V Mumbai-,  is: getting the salary of Rs. 18,000 \/- per<\/p>\n
 thewsaid hospital. According to the respondent,<\/p>\n
\u20acVu\u20ac3′.1_V”K..’c.Llcf.\u20acVVI”:”V’O,f\ufb01Q\u00e9_.>’h01,1I”S, petitioner is practising medical<\/p>\n
 profession ..__1’r1 -DT’r.Bhushan’s Clinic at Ghatkopar, Mumbai, by<\/p>\n
getting up”~–his own Sonography apparatus. Apart from the<\/p>\n
4″pro.fessiona1 income, the petitioner is also getting money from<\/p>\n

\nother sources such as investments etc., Hence, the respondent<\/p>\n
prayed for maintenance of Rs.30,000\/~ per month.<\/p>\n
3. The records also reveal that the respondentawife.is.Va<\/p>\n
doctor, practising in Ayurvedic Medicine.  .<\/p>\n
marriage, she was working in Anand .NuI’si,ngl”2Home., <\/p>\n
Brahmavar, and was getting a salary inf  ‘ih;’o.nti;.v;_*l<\/p>\n
Subsequently, she was working.__ in Vlldanardliani\ufb01\/iatefnity <\/p>\n
Hospital, Kasaragod, from 1998 to’\u00b02~o,oo, According to her, as
\nof now, she has not got anyljcb and,pthle1*–e_for”e.,, she is not having
\nany independent income of   <\/p>\n
‘Ihe,’lVtrial’  eyaluationlllof the material on record,
\nawarded maintenance’,_1o_t “RsA;’8,000\/– per month to the wife,<\/p>\n
respondent herein’fro,n~1 23. ‘1’1″.’2o02.<\/p>\n
  _F1ihe.jre–sVpondent is now residing at Udupi. She is<\/p>\n
Iivding’~l’with’ihe\u00bbr_parents. whereas, the petitioner is a practising<\/p>\n
V dd doctor,”–living’  Mumbai. Even assuming that the respondent<\/p>\n
it ‘i-sgphdrzotgworking as of now, it cannot be said that she is without<\/p>\n
llanypllavocation. The respondent is graduate in Ayurvedic<\/p>\n
 Medicine. Admittedly, she was working in some hospitals and<\/p>\n
it<\/p>\n

drawing a salary of Rs.1,500\/– per month. Thus, it is clear<\/p>\n
that she is capable of earning some amount of money. Taking<\/p>\n
into consideration this fact, the Court below has<\/p>\n
maintenance of Rs.8,000\/- per month.\n<\/p>\n
5. The petitioner is a quali\ufb01ed:;’doctoi’.\u00ab.V ‘”.Ifie’1<\/p>\n
as a Radiologist. The records. on h4and’–..elearly”.l_reveal <\/p>\n
petitioner himseif admits that\ufb01llhe has  ineome of<\/p>\n
Rs.21,000\/- per month,  floweyer; vr.:iioV’V”i’s_a1a1y’certi\ufb01cate is<\/p>\n
produced by him. May be the  spend some
\namount for his regiilar conveyanceyAing\ufb01omljay, but that does
\nnot mean  “from paying maintenance to the
\nrespondent. This lhasialsolto take into consideration the<\/p>\n
possibility of’ in private organisation after<\/p>\n
