RAMKUMAR, J.\n                    ...................................\n                         B.A. No.6189 of 2010\n                     ..................................\n                           Dated: 8.10.2010\n\n                                O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioner,<br \/>\nwho is the sole accused in Crime No.962\/2010            of Kilikoloor<br \/>\nPolice Station for an offence punishable under Section 498A<br \/>\nI.P.C., seeks anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<br \/>\nlearned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Having regard to the nature of the allegations levelled<br \/>\nagainst the petitioner, the relative conduct of the parties, the<br \/>\nnature of the injury sustained and the other circumstances of the<br \/>\ncase, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.<br \/>\nAccordingly, a direction is issued to the officer-in-charge of the<br \/>\npolice station concerned to release the petitioner on bail for a<br \/>\nperiod of one month in the event of his arrest in connection with<br \/>\nthe above case on his executing a bond for Rs. 15,000\/- (Rupees<br \/>\nfifteen thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like<br \/>\namount to the satisfaction to the said officer and subject to the<br \/>\nfollowing conditions:\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">Bail A.No.6189\/2010                 -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>           1.     The petitioner shall report before the Investigating<br \/>\n                  Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all<br \/>\n                  Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            2.   The petitioner shall make himself      available for<br \/>\n                  interrogation including custodial interrogation as<br \/>\n                  and when required by the Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            3.     Petitioner shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n                   prosecution witnesses nor shall he attempt to<br \/>\n                   tamper with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            4.     Petitioner shall not commit any offence while on<br \/>\n                   bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             5.
