Respondents.\n\nPrayer: This petition has been filed seeking for a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondent from in any manner interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property in Survey No.268\/1 and 662\/1 and part situate in Rasingapuram Village and post, Bodi Taluk, Theni District and from laying any road or declaring the land as a public land.\n\n\n\t\tFor Petitioner \t  : Mr.M.L.Ramesh\n\n\t\tFor Respondents   : Mr.T.Seenivasan\n\t\t\t\t    Additional Government Pleader (R1,R2 &amp;R3)\n\n\t\t\t\t\t     Mr.N.Damodaran (R4 to R7)\n\n\nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tHeard the learned counsels appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 3 and Mr.N.Damodaran, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 to 7.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2.  Though the prayer is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice if the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation to the first respondent with regard to the reliefs sought for in the writ petition, and if the first respondent is directed to dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after due enquiry thereon, within a specified period.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has no objection for this Court passing such an order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the first respondent, with regard to the reliefs sought for in the writ petition, within a period of four weeks from today, and on such representation being submitted, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.<br \/>\n\t\tWith the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
