We\u00a0had\u00a0fixed\u00a0the\u00a0hearing\u00a0through\u00a0videoconferencing.\u00a0In\u00a0spite\u00a0of\u00a0notice,\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>neither\u00a0 party\u00a0 was\u00a0 present\u00a0 in\u00a0the\u00a0 Dehradun\u00a0 studio\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 NIC.\u00a0 However,\u00a0 we\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>carefully\u00a0perused\u00a0 the\u00a0contents\u00a0 of\u00a0the\u00a0 second\u00a0 appeal\u00a0 and\u00a0the\u00a0 other\u00a0relevant\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>records.\u00a0We\u00a0found\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0had\u00a0provided\u00a0detailed\u00a0information\u00a0regarding\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>all\u00a0 the\u00a0queries\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant.\u00a0Now,\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0wants\u00a0the\u00a0 relevant\u00a0 RBI\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>guideline\u00a0based\u00a0on\u00a0which\u00a0various\u00a0deductions\u00a0have\u00a0been\u00a0made\u00a0from\u00a0or\u00a0charges\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>levied\u00a0in\u00a0his\u00a0account.\u00a0Although\u00a0he\u00a0had\u00a0not\u00a0asked\u00a0for\u00a0any\u00a0such\u00a0document\u00a0in\u00a0his\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>original\u00a0RTI\u00a0application,\u00a0it\u00a0would\u00a0be\u00a0proper\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0to\u00a0provide\u00a0him\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>relevant\u00a0circulars\/guidelines\u00a0issued\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0RBI\u00a0or\u00a0any\u00a0other\u00a0authority\u00a0based\u00a0on\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>which \u00a0 the \u00a0 bank \u00a0 decided \u00a0 to \u00a0 levy \u00a0 the \u00a0 charges \u00a0 or \u00a0 make \u00a0 deductions \u00a0 from \u00a0 his\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>account\u00a0from\u00a0time\u00a0to\u00a0time.\u00a0Therefore,\u00a0we\u00a0now\u00a0direct\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0to\u00a0provide\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Appellant\u00a0within\u00a010\u00a0working\u00a0days\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0receipt\u00a0of\u00a0this\u00a0order,\u00a0photocopy\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>relevant\u00a0circular\/guideline\u00a0issued\u00a0either\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0RBI\u00a0or\u00a0by\u00a0any\u00a0other\u00a0authority\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>based\u00a0on\u00a0which\u00a0the\u00a0said\u00a0charges\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0levied\/deductions\u00a0made\u00a0as\u00a0stated\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>by\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0in\u00a0his\u00a0RTI\u00a0application.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>3.
