Therefore, no one is present and Mr.Pandya is<br \/>\nnot supposed to be aware about listing of the matter. Office needs to<br \/>\nenquire whether and how the orders of the Court are read and<br \/>\nimplemented, and the officer concerned needs to reply to the Court<br \/>\nwhy the aforesaid previous orders are not taken note of. The<br \/>\nRegistrar (Judicial) is requested to do the needful. S.O. to<br \/>\n22.2.2011.
