After the order of transfer<\/p>\n<p>was stayed, the petitioner has retired from service. Accordingly, the<\/p>\n<p>request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is accepted and<\/p>\n<p>the writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n\n                                                   (M.M.
