No.3643 of 2011\n                            KISHUNDEO SINGH\n                                   Versus\n                           THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   09.03.2011                   The petitioners are the fertilizer dealers, who<\/p>\n<p>                   apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Section 7 of<\/p>\n<p>                   the E.C. Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   It is submitted by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioners that vide letter No. 1742 dated 16.11.2010<\/p>\n<p>                   directions were issued for distribution of certain part of<\/p>\n<p>                   allotted quota of fertilizers to the farmers. It is submitted that<\/p>\n<p>                   the said direction was received by the petitioners after they<\/p>\n<p>                   already sold the stock.         Moreover, it is submitted that<\/p>\n<p>                   violation of any instruction cannot be treated as violation of<\/p>\n<p>                   the fertilizer control order.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Considering      the   aforesaid     facts    and<\/p>\n<p>                   circumstances, let petitioners namely, Ajit Kumar (in Cr.<\/p>\n<p>                   Misc. No. 3135 of 2011), Rajaram Singh (in Cr. Misc. No.<\/p>\n<p>                   3244 of 2011) and Yogendra Singh Gautam (in Cr. Misc. No.<\/p>\n<p>                   3673 of 2011), in the event of their arrest or surrender before<\/p>\n<p>                   the Court-below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be<\/p>\n<p>                   released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>       amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>       Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S.
