SIRI JAGAN, J.\n\n                   ------------------------------------\n\n                       W.P.(C)No.4988  OF 2008\n\n                 ----------------------------------------\n\n                 Dated this the 12th day of February, 2008\n\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The petitioner who is a provisional Conductor in the Kerala<\/p>\n<p>State Road Transport Corporation seeks regularisation in service<\/p>\n<p>as   done   in   the   case   of   144   other   candidates   similarly   situated.<\/p>\n<p>Seeking this relief, the petitioner has filed Ext.P6 representation<\/p>\n<p>before   the   2nd  respondent.       The   petitioner   seeks   expeditious<\/p>\n<p>disposal of the same.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.    I   have   heard   the   learned   standing   counsel   appearing<\/p>\n<p>for the KSRTC also.   In the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>there would be a direction to the 2nd  respondent to consider and<\/p>\n<p>pass appropriate orders on Ext.P6 as expeditiously as possible, at<\/p>\n<p>any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of<\/p>\n<p>this   judgment,   after   affording   an   opportunity   of   being   heard   to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       The writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                                        S.
