Somaria Devi, wife of Kishori Ram\n                   Both residents of village - Salempur, P.S. - Tariyani, Distt. - Sheohar.\n                                                                            ----------- Petitioners.\n                                                      Versus\n                   The State of Bihar                                    -------Opposite Party\n                                                    *********\n<\/pre>\n<p>03.   25.10.2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>                    learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioners, apprehending their arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                    connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 31\/2011 for offences<\/p>\n<p>                    under Sections 302\/201\/34 of the Indian Penal Code, are<\/p>\n<p>                    named accused in this case being parents-in-law of deceased<\/p>\n<p>                    daughter of the informant who died about 12 years of her<\/p>\n<p>                    marriage.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Submission is that on mere suspicion petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                    have been named accused though deceased died of illness,<\/p>\n<p>                    but her father the informant in spite of information did not<\/p>\n<p>                    participate in the cremation and lodged the above case<\/p>\n<p>                    wherein he also does not find any upport from his own wife<\/p>\n<p>                    i.e. mother of the deceased stating cordial relationship<\/p>\n<p>                    between the deceased and her husband and other family<\/p>\n<p>                    members.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                    case, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period<\/p>\n<p>                    of four weeks, let the above-named petitioners be enlarged on<br \/>\n            bail on furnishing bail bond of sum of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>           thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each<\/p>\n<p>           to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar, in<\/p>\n<p>           connection with Tariyani P.S.
