Respondents\n\n\nPetition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for\nissuance of a writ of habeas corpus praying to direct the respondents to produce\nthe petitioner's daughter the detenue Gokiladevi, aged about 16 years, before\nthis Hon'ble Court and handover the custody to the petitioner.\n\n!For Petitioner          ... Mr.P.N.Pandidurai\n\t\t             Additional Public Prosecutor\n\n:ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>\t   (Order of the Court was made by P.MURGESEN,J)<\/p>\n<p>\tThe petitioner is the mother of the detenue Gokiladevi.  She has filed the<br \/>\npetition stating that her minor daughter was kidnapped by the third respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2.The Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that this is the second<br \/>\ntime, the petitioner has eloped with the third respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3.We perused the case records.
