P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Taking into consideration that the petitioner is languishing<\/p>\n<p>                    in jail custody since 21.2.2011 on the allegation that country made<\/p>\n<p>                    pouch in huge quantity as well as bottles containing English wine<\/p>\n<p>                    were recovered from the hotel of the petitioner, let the petitioner Sanjit<\/p>\n<p>                    Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- with<\/p>\n<p>                    two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.<\/p>\n<p>                    Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                    Singhiya P.S.
