Shravan Mukhiya son of Bahadur Mukhiya, all are resident of\n              village Dhabould, P.S. - Saur Bazar (Patarghat O.P.), District\n              Saharsa\n                                  Versus\n                            The State Of Bihar\n                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/   24.10.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>                     State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with a case under Sections 379\/34 and other<\/p>\n<p>                     allied Sections of the Indian penal Code and Section 3(x)<\/p>\n<p>                     of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention<\/p>\n<p>                     of Atrocities) Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that<\/p>\n<p>                     they had earlier lodged a complaint case against the<\/p>\n<p>                     informant of the present case, who, in retaliation, has<\/p>\n<p>                     lodged the present case.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Let the aforesaid aspect of the matter be<\/p>\n<p>                     considered by the court below, provided petitioners above<\/p>\n<p>                     named surrender in the court of C.J.M., Saharsa in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 48 of 2011 on<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         or before 14.11.2011 and if it is a fact that petitioners are<\/p>\n<p>         BPL card holders and had lodged a case earlier then they<\/p>\n<p>         be allowed the privilege of regular bail.<\/p>\n<p>                    This application is, accordingly, disposed of.<\/p>\n<p>                    Let this order be communicated to the court<\/p>\n<p>         below through fax on payment of usual charges by the<\/p>\n<p>         petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Arjun\/                                     ( V.
