Mr.D.Gandhiraj, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the<br \/>\nrespondent. With consent of the learned counsel on either side the writ petition<br \/>\nitself is taken up for final disposal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition to direct the<br \/>\nrespondent to consider his representation dated 24.06.2007  for fixation of<br \/>\nseniority on par with that of his junior Senbagaraj with consequential benefits<br \/>\nincluding promotion on par with that of his junior.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not<br \/>\nso far been disposed of by the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. Mr. D.Gandhiraj, learned Government Advocate Counsel fairly submitted<br \/>\nthat if twelve (12) weeks time is given the representation of the petitioner<br \/>\ndated 24.06.2007 will be disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side,<br \/>\nthe respondent is hereby directed to consider the petitioner&#8217;s representation<br \/>\ndated 24.06.2007 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law<br \/>\nwithin a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this<br \/>\norder.   It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the<br \/>\nmerits of the case.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t6. The writ petition is disposed of on the above terms.
