P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Although it is serious case of kidnapping but admittedly,<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner is not named in the first information report nor he was put<\/p>\n<p>                      on test identification parade. The only material, which has come<\/p>\n<p>                      against the petitioner, is said to be confessional statements of co-<\/p>\n<p>                      accused persons and subsequently, victim has named the petitioner as<\/p>\n<p>                      one of the culprits.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as<\/p>\n<p>                      submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, Girdhari Jha , be released<\/p>\n<p>                      on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>                      the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                      Magistrate, Jamui in Laxmipur P.S.
