The petitioner was minor at<br \/>\n\tthe time of death of his father.   Mother of the petitioner has<br \/>\n\tprovided the information regarding the dependant list as per the<br \/>\n\trequirement of the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.2<br \/>\n\t\tAfter attaining the majority the petitioner requested the<br \/>\n\tauthorities to give appointment on compassionate ground and the same<br \/>\n\tcame to be rejected by letter dated 12.8.2006 on the ground of G.R.<br \/>\n\tdated 19.7.2006.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.3<br \/>\n\t\tThe petitioner has again made several representations. But nothing<br \/>\n\tturn back to from the respondents. Hence this petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tHeard learned advocates for<br \/>\n\tthe respective parties and perused the documents on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tFrom the record it revealed<br \/>\n\tthat since the petitioner is not possessing the  requisite<br \/>\n\teducational qualification of Secondary School Certificate he is not<br \/>\n\tentitled for obtaining service on compassionate ground. In that view<br \/>\n\tof the matter, the view taken by the authority is just and proper.<br \/>\n\tNo case is made out to cause interference. Hence petition stands<br \/>\n\tdismissed.
