The opponent Nos.2 and 3 are<br \/>\nserved, but have chosen not to contest.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe contents of the application, it cannot be said that the delay<br \/>\ncaused in filing the appeal has remained totally unexplained.<br \/>\nTherefore, we are of the view that the delay caused in filing the<br \/>\nappeal deserves to be condoned.
