This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 and<\/p>\n
 _   of the Constitution of India with a prayer to quash
\n ‘  the impugned endorsement dated 12.06.2009 issued by<\/p>\n
the R1, Vide Annexure ‘A’ and also the endorsement<\/p>\n
-2-<\/span><\/p>\n
dated 9.7 .09, issued by the R2, vide Annexure ‘I-3’,
\nconsequently direct the R1, to register the release deed
\ndated 12.6.2009, produced by the petitioner or””direct
\nthe R2 to reconsider the endorsement issued by~.tIi.e0’Ri,
\nand pass order in accordance with law. ‘ \u00bb   ”<\/p>\n
This writ petition coming on

The petitioner is questioning 0′ th_e”endorsement
\ndated 12.06.2009 isVsuRe.’d_   “1..S_”i\u00bb respondent and aiso
\nthe endorsement dated’.Q9;07:.2oe9gfiesi;ed by the 2nd<\/p>\n
respondent;-.00′
\n *  “a .0 document, the petitioners<\/p>\n
mother  her._cVtiiiV1dr:en have executed a release deed<\/p>\n
 (r.e_i’i:nquishment\u00abdeed) dated 12.06.2009 relinquishing<\/p>\n
 “.j,”9i’l1:::”share in the property in favour of the<\/p>\n
 :}:VVhen the same was presented for<\/p>\n
 regist.ra:tion before the IS’ respondent, an endorsement<\/p>\n
 is_u4″‘.’.ssued declining to register the same. though<\/p>\n
  V necessary documents were produced. Aggrieved by the<\/p>\n
said endorsement. the petitioners preferred an appeal<\/p>\n
\/.\n<\/p>\n
before the 2% respondent. The endorsement issued by<\/p>\n
the Zn” respondent discloses that the petiti_oVn_er._V_ is<\/p>\n
required to go back to the 131 respondent  <\/p>\n
all the necessary documents    ..\n<\/p>\n
respondent declines to register, there  <\/p>\n
appeal remedy.\n<\/p>\n
3. I have  by the
\nlet and the A2″   the 131
\nrespondent   produce certain
\ndocurn_ents.. nature of Record of Rights
\nand other  to the property. Indeed
\nthe caseetof  is that the appiication for<\/p>\n
ofzcitipanoy rigietyifas rejected on the ground that there<\/p>\n
‘ ,.eXists.__a~residential house on the property. Be that as it<\/p>\n
.’may sinc_e,..1′ the 1st respondent needs some more<\/p>\n
docurnents, to process the documents for registration,<\/p>\n
“1.’ A.th’e\u00ab_.petitioner is obliged to produce the same. Once the<\/p>\n
‘document sought for by the let respondent are produced<\/p>\n
before the 181 respondent, he is required to register the<\/p>\n
said document. Hence, following order is passed:<\/p>\n
(a) The petitioners to produce all the necessary
\ndocuments as sought for by
\nrespondent. A<\/p>\n
