Justice R.BASANT\n\n Dated :20\/09\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                                R.BASANT, J\n                        ------------------------------------\n                       Crl.M.C.No.2763 of 2007\n                        -------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 20th day of September, 2007\n\n                                  O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The short prayer of the petitioner is that S.C.No.327\/06 pending<\/p>\n<p>before the Fast Track Court (Adhoc-II), Kasargod may be directed to<\/p>\n<p>be disposed of expeditiously. A report of the learned Judge was called<\/p>\n<p>for. In the report dated 12.09.07, the learned Additional Sessions<\/p>\n<p>Judge has reported that steps are being taken for expeditious disposal<\/p>\n<p>of the said Sessions Case against the petitioner. The learned Judge<\/p>\n<p>has reported that the case shall be disposed of finally by the end of<\/p>\n<p>October, 2007.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.     I accept the report of the learned Additional Sessions<\/p>\n<p>Judge. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that no<\/p>\n<p>further directions are necessary now in this Crl.M.C.<\/p>\n<p>     3.     This Crl.M.C is, in these circumstances, dismissed as<\/p>\n<p>unnecessary now.
