One of the accused of this complaint is Shri<br \/>\n\tSanjaybhai.  He is also accused in CR No.I-346\/2004.  He has entered<br \/>\n\tinto Memorandum of Understanding with the complainant of the said<br \/>\n\tcomplaint and the complaint is quashed by the Court today  since the<br \/>\n\tmatter is amicably settled.  However, it is an admitted position<br \/>\n\tthat the said accused has not complied with the terms and conditions<br \/>\n\tand hence bail is cancelled earlier by this Court.  It is also an<br \/>\n\tadmitted position that despite the cancellation of bail the said<br \/>\n\taccused has not surrendered before the Investigating Officer.  Be<br \/>\n\tthat as it may, the Court is not passing any order at this stage<br \/>\n\teither to entertain or dismiss this petition.  Mr.P.R.Nanavati, the<br \/>\n\tlearned advocate appearing for the petitioner submitted that the<br \/>\n\tsettlements have been arrived and as a part of settlement, the<br \/>\n\tpetitioner is likely to give some amount to the complainants and<br \/>\n\thence the matter was adjourned for the last two to three occasions.<br \/>\n\tDespite this fact, no amount has been deposited by the present<br \/>\n\tpetitioner.  The Court is, therefore, directing the petitioner<br \/>\n\tthrough his advocate Mr.Nanavati as suggested by him that the<br \/>\n\tpetitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.15 lacs with this Court on<br \/>\n\tor before 10.11.2005.  It is also made clear that if the said amount<br \/>\n\twill not be deposited before this Court, these petitions  will not<br \/>\n\tbe entertained.  Both these matters are, therefore,  adjourned to<br \/>\n\t21.11.2005.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tSince<br \/>\n\tSpecial Criminal Application No.10969\/2005 is filed by original<br \/>\n\tcomplainants, learned advocate Mr.Jal S. Unwala, appearing for the<br \/>\n\tpetitioners has made a request that this matter may also be simply<br \/>\n\tadjourned along with the said two matters.  Accordingly, this<br \/>\n\tpetition is also adjourned to 21.11.2005.  Office is directed to<br \/>\n\tplace all these matters in the First Board on 21.11.2005.\n<\/p>\n<p>kks<br \/>\n     (K. A.
