JUSTICE R.M.DOSHIT)<\/p>\n<p>\t\tFeeling<br \/>\naggrieved by order dated 8th March 2010 made by the<br \/>\nlearned Single Judge pending the above Special Civil Application<br \/>\nNo.9408 of 2009 insofar as the appellant-writ petitioner has not been<br \/>\ngranted the interim relief as prayed for, the writ petitioner has<br \/>\npreferred the present Appeal under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tLearned<br \/>\nadvocate Mr.Shah has appeared for the appellant.  He has submitted<br \/>\nthat since the date of the impugned order, the appellant has now been<br \/>\nserved with the notice issued on 12th March 2010 to show<br \/>\ncause why he should not be held to be guilty of the alleged<br \/>\nmisconduct.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIn<br \/>\nview of the aforesaid development, Mr.Shah seeks leave to withdraw<br \/>\nthis Appeal and the Civil Application.  Leave is granted.
