Notice of motion.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.         At the asking of Court, Mr. Parveen Chander Goyal, Addl. A.G.,<\/p>\n<p>Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. The petitioner&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>plea is that the service rendered in Government Aided School must also<\/p>\n<p>be counted for the number of years of service for the terminal benefits.<\/p>\n<p>This Court has had an occasion to deal with the issue and has rendered a<\/p>\n<p>judgment in C.W.P. No.11534 of 2010 dated 05.07.2010 directing that<\/p>\n<p>the service in Government Aided School shall also be counted for<\/p>\n<p>number of years of service. In terms of the said judgment, the writ<\/p>\n<p>petition is disposed of and all the petitioners shall have a reckoning in<\/p>\n<p>the manner referred to in the above said judgment.<\/p>\n<p>                                                     (K.
