Mr.TR.Janarthanam,\n\t\t    Additional Government Pleader.\n*****\n\n:ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tThis Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his<br \/>\nwillful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.11237 of<br \/>\n2008 dated 05.12.2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. On 19.08.2011, when the petition was taken up for hearing, it was<br \/>\nadjourned by 09.09.2011 and today, when the matter is taken up for hearing,<br \/>\nthere is no representation on behalf of the petitioner to state that the<br \/>\nrespondent is continuing to disobey the order of this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. The contempt petition has been filed stating that the order passed in<br \/>\nW.P(MD)No.11237 of 2008 dated 05.12.2008, has not been complied with and since<br \/>\nthe petitioner has not chosen to prosecute the case, it may be that the order<br \/>\nhas already been complied with by the respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. In view of the above, this Court finds no reason to keep the contempt<br \/>\npetition pending and accordingly, the same is closed.
